RETAIL ORDERS (website)
FWWF offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold via our website for up to 60 days from the date of purchase for our return policy. All products must be returned unused and in their original, resalable condition to qualify for a refund. If your return request is due to defective or damaged item, please send a picture detailing the damage along with your request for a return or exchange.
All return requests should be initiated by filling out our return request form. All returns must be acknowledged by Fitness Wear With Flair before they can be processed. Please do not ship products back to individual brands unless you are instructed to do so. Once we process your return, we will send you a FREE return shipping label for you to return your product with.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, in just a different size please contact us to arrange and all postage costs are the buyers responsibility.
If the item is defective or damaged we will send you a label to return the item to us which is postage paid.
